Khaldo is a free public service for reporting and following road hazards in Nepal. By creating an account or posting a report you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Never use Khaldo while driving or riding. Stop somewhere safe before you take a photo or write a report.

Khaldo is not an emergency service. If someone is hurt or in danger, call Nepal Police on 100 or an ambulance on 102.

Give your real name and an email address you control, keep your password private, and use one account per person. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.

You keep ownership of your reports and photos. You give Khaldo a free, permanent, worldwide permission to store them, show them publicly, share them with road authorities and repair organisations, and use them for road-safety work.

Our staff review reports and evidence. We may verify, reject, merge or remove content, and suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service. We cannot promise that a reported hazard will be repaired, or when.

Points and badges recognise reviewed contributions. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Rewards marked as previews are examples, not offers.

Road information on Khaldo comes from the community and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Use your own judgement on the road. Khaldo is provided as it is, and as far as the law allows we are not responsible for loss or harm that comes from relying on it.
