A road inspector documenting a damaged road surface in Nepal

Khaldo Inspector

Evidence first. Review before action.

Khaldo Inspector helps trained community members turn an on-site road observation into an accountable public record without asking anyone to use the app while driving.

Field workflow

A short, governed inspection path.

The workspace keeps one mission at a time, captures evidence with context, and sends every conclusion to an independent reviewer.

  1. 01

    Claim a nearby task

Choose one reported road site, reserve it briefly, and use directions only when it is safe to travel.

  2. 02

    Capture clear evidence

Record location while stopped, take full road-context photos, or review locally imported dash-cam frames. Raw video stays on your device.

  3. 03

    Submit for independent review

A foundation reviewer checks the evidence. An inspector cannot approve their own work or award themselves points.

Safety and privacy are part of the evidence standard.

Inspectors capture location only after choosing to do so while stopped. Dash-cam mode saves selected full frames, never the raw video, and attaches provenance for a reviewer. The system does not automatically publish detections, certify repairs, or award rewards from a camera feed.
